About Attorney Gary Wolf

Attorney Gary Wolf received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with minors in Philosophy, History, Asian Studies and Religious Studies from Colorado State University in 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Arizona College of Law in 1989 and has taken post-doctoral courses in Asian Studies from University of Arizona.

Mr. Wolf is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Colorado and also maintains an Arizona Real Estate Sales license. He has traveled worldwide and has negotiated numerous multinational transactions.  His primary areas of legal practice include corporate, commercial, real estate, business transactions and nonprofit law. Mr. Wolf’s client base has included a major hotel management consortium, real estate and business acquisition groups, construction firms, computer software and web design companies, electronics and communications firms, art galleries, several Hollywood personalities, screenwriters, musicians and authors, as well as various nonprofit and environmental organizations.

Mr. Wolf began his legal career as corporate counsel for one of the nation’s premier specialty construction firms, after which he was hired as a consultant for a prominent international environmental engineering firm in California. Mr. Wolf then joined a 13-member law firm in Tucson, Arizona, after which he formed his own law firm in 1994.
